"Our room was very clean and we had a nice view of the river. The shower was extremely small though and the bed was not very comfortable. The walls are quite thin so you could hear your neighbors quite well unfortunately. The pool area was quite small for a hotel that size. The hotel itself was in a great location making it easy to walk to where we wanted to go. Hotel itself is a bit on the older outdated side. Not sure if we’d stay here again."

"The airport shuttle drivers when we left for an early flight and returned from a late flight were great! But the front desk staff lacked good customer service. Be sure to ask for specific directions about where to park. And get your ticket validated if you need to leave the lot and return during your stay."

"Spacious room with modern decor, comfortable beds and spectacular view of the city, river and boats. We had breakfast at the Factory and it was excellent. The portions were huge, the food was delicious and the server was outstanding. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Lots to do within walking distance and the walk along the river was fantastic. We stayed there a few years ago and it was a significantly better experience this time around. They have a well stocked gift shop staffed by a super friendly and helpful lady. We checked out the pool but didn't bring our suits so we couldn't go in. It looked clean and inviting though. Can't say enough good things about our experience - we'll definitely be going back."
