"We have stayed at this property in several occasions and find it's proximity to the airport perfect. The high cost ($ 40.00 overnight) of parking is ridiculous but I guess that is the cost of convenience. Rooms have large TV's but with only a few hours to rest, we did not use them. The property is rather expansive and for person with walking disabilities drgging suitcase on carpet for an extended length isn't ideal. Excellent value for money on this stay. We have paid higher rates at different stays. If proximity to the airport is important, this is the best choice."

"El hotel bien ubicado y limpio, la atención de personal muy básica, El hotel está muy bonito y las habitaciones amplias e iluminadas. Lo único que me pareció raro fue encontrar la funda del colchón con las costuras para arriba, y la cubrecama también. Ya no lo reportamos al personal porque cuando llegamos ni una sonrisa, ni un bienvenidos apenas nos hablaron y sabíamos qué reacción tendrían."

"Staff was wonderful. Bathroom in room is a bit dated. The bath tub mat did not look clean. The breakfast buffet was 10 minutes late in opening. The dining room where the breakfast buffet was held was not the cleanest. The floors were not swept from the day before. The dining chairs are ripped, not a very nice area. Especially not for the price. Beds were comfortable, however, there was a rather large hole in one of the pillow cases."

"The building is absolutely stunning. The room was very clean, must have been remodeled. The room when we got their was cold. We were ok with it until we realized how cold it actually was and got. It was 57 degrees in the room. The thermostat was broken. The staff was quick to come and assist however they were just told to flip the breaker switch and keep it off for the remainder of our stay."

"We were expecting a pleasant stay at this hotel, but were quite disappointed. First, the wi-fi connection in our room was horrible. When it worked, it was very slow, but it continually kicked us off the Internet. We asked for help three times with no improvement. I had work that had to get done during the trip, so the poor service kept us from doing some of the things we wanted to do in Pittsburgh. Second, a vagrant pursued me in the hotel lobby. I had never before experienced a panhandler in the lobby of a hotel. Three, we had problems with a toilet that did not flush properly. Not something one would expect from a hotel in this price range. We reported these issues multiple times. No one seemed to care."
