"Great hotel everything was Excellent, checking in was easy employees was friendly for my first time there i will most definitely be coming back.... also it was very reasonable in price, close to everything in the downtown area and walking distance as well, parking was reasonable in all this will be my first pick always as long as there are available apartment rooms. I would most definitely tell you book your rooms here first."

"Customer experience should be prioritized over additional charges. If bottled water is not complimentary, it would be better not to place it in the room, as it can create confusion for guests. Similarly, breakfast should ideally be included in the stay, and if not, the pricing should be reasonable and provide good value. "Hotel was excellent and unique lobby furniture and decor, with plenty of seeting areas in lobby and other sections to work or visit with others. Also, roof top terrace was open and had plenty of seating and great views of river and hillside area. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations and advice on where to go and not go. Be sure the ask."
