"Room was clean and walking distance to many locations but the front desk staff not very helpful when checking in. It just looked like a coffee shop and I didn’t even know it was check in until I asked if this was where I checked in. They handed me the room keys but didn’t tell me the room number or about any amenities, until I asked my room number and what they had at this hotel since this was the first time staying here. When we checked out, the front desk person was also the coffee person which held up check out. Parking was expensive and seemed short staffed, as many times only one person working and multiple cars need to be parked or were being picked up and staff said they were running between 3 hotels. Room was tiny for the price, so the value wasn’t great."

"Although this is a beautiful building there is no pool, the bedding was gross, mini fridge barely worked, you couldn’t stream networks on the tv and the parking was expensive. Also you can hear every noise from surrounding rooms. This hotel is a good suit if you are in town on business not leisure."

"DO NOT MAKE WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS DUMP!!! i mean unless you like unprofessional staff or lack there of, a place that looks like time forgot, the lack of maintenance of areas inside and out, pot holes everywhere, a falling down car port area that looks like it will fall on you at any moment or at least have some asbestos dust to give you that "glow" or something! or maybe youd like to have that "hotel back in the cut hidden away so no one knows where you are but still just shady enough to make you feel like you may get ganked in the parking lot" kinda feel! i know i didnt! especially for what i had paid for!!! i have plenty of pictures to show why, let alone the very unprofessional people "working" the front desk. restaurant/bar is NOT open or available, breakfast is null and void as well. of what was once a pool is now a huge trash pit! one worker was seen going to their car and blazing it up for over an hour when they were supposed to be cleaning rooms! they kept turning people away from rooms even though they had made reservations MONTHS in advance, in DECEMEBR TIME FRAME! and they were not going helping these people at all with any other options! we were very disappointed in this hotel!!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK, BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"
