"Overall, the hotel location in London was great and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and our stay started well. However, I did experience an unfortunate situation during my stay. At one point my personal hygiene bag disappeared from the room and was later returned after I reported it, possibly having been accidentally discarded by housekeeping. Later during the stay, a gold ring that I had left on the nightstand went missing from my room. Aside from this issue, the hotel itself was pleasant, but I do hope management takes these incidents seriously so future guests can feel fully secure leaving personal belongings in their rooms."
