Nice and cozy apartment hotel, with a set of table and chairs, a heated bathroom (water temperature was good but not as high as I normally have it), and a small kitchen with pans and utensils provided. Only downside was there were a few stains on the bed sheets, and it’s not something they replace daily.

Spring break family trip

This renovated and beautifully-maintained residence is in an excellent location minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and two underground stations. Staff members were responsive to communication ahead of our stay and helpful answering our questions on arrival. Our mezzanine studio was compact (as we expected for this upscale area) yet it was thoughtfully designed with modern finishes. The unit was spotlessly clean and had most things we needed for our four night stay. Pillows and bedding were fresh and clean; however, our one recommendation would be to upgrade the bed mattress as the springs were tired on the access side of the bed. Overall, we had a great stay.

The location was wonderful and the property was adorable. We loved the room, which had an upstairs and a downstairs. My friend slept in the bed upstairs, and I slept in the pullout bed downstairs, which was very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We stayed there for 7 nights 10 minutes walk to Earls court station Lots of dining places around Close to Tesco Superstore by C3 bus Very quite safe area Recently redecorated like the pictures Kitchen was well equiped and more than enough for three people Weather was cold but heating was very good Nice and clean Staff was very helpful Brilliant stay and definitely recommend Cleveland Kensington.

Great location, bad wi-fi

The location is excellent. 5 min walk to Eral's Court station which you can take Picadilly and District lines. Everything about the room was tiny. The sofa bed was bigger than the bed in the bed room. One thing we didn't like about this place was internet connection. They provide Wi-fi but it doesn't work all the time, very weak and unstable.

I really enjoyed the location. It was super convenient, being close to transport and shops. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, I did have some issues. There was no soundproofing at all, which made it hard to relax at times. Additionally, the door didn’t always lock properly, which was a bit concerning. Overall, it was a decent stay, but those issues could use some attention.

We arrived and were sent to our room which smelled terrible and was very dirty. I complained and they gave me another room. I guess the room they gave us had not been cleaned. Room much smaller than I thought it would be based on photos. You could hear everything going on in the hotel. I will say the shower was good. Just really not worth the cost.

Good location , really clean & modern. Lovely fresh towels & Bed was comfortable The standard studios was a little smaller than expected the bed was up against the wall on one side would stay here again but book a larger room next time
