I liked the kitchenette and the central location to major landmarks. The decor was a little too minimalist for me as there was not even the smallest table by the bed to set down my phone. The free laundry room was a nice bonus, but there was only one and 9am-9pm hours weren’t very convenient, so waiting was inevitable. Overall, the accommodation was adequate.

We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London.
