Fully remodeled townhome nestled among the trees on the Hidden Valley Resort in the Laurel Highlands of western Pennsylvania. Free shuttle service to the slopes! Away from the hustle and bustle during the busy winter season & a short walk to the large outdoor pool, this property is the perfect place to host your next getaway. There is a propane grill on the back deck available for al fresco meals during the warmer weather. Warm your toes in front of the gas fireplace during the colder months.

The ground level features an open layout with living & dining areas & a modern kitchen for cooking up your favorite snacks. Relax by the fire or grab popcorn for a movie night with family & friends. Three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king bed, crib and master bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed while the third bedroom has two twins. These bedrooms shar the common bath with a tub/shower combo. Mini split in the living area and master bedroom for summer comfort!

Whether enjoying the summer festivities, autumn foliage or winter fun, this property can accommodate your group any time of year! Bring your family and friends to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer!

NO SMOKING OR PETS, Minimum Age Limit For Renters, Deposit Required. This property does NOT have cable.
Must be 25 years old to rent.
A signature on the Rental Agreement is required for all stays, the link will be emailed to you upon booking.

Long term stays are plus utilities and $1000 security deposit.

LONG TERM CANCELLATION POLICY - Host will retain rent collected to date of cancellation. Rents will be refunded, minus a 10% cancellation, if the property can be rented to another group for the time frame that has been paid in full. This may require renting at a lower rate to get it booked.
