"Wonderful stay! Clean rooms and a super comfy bed. Staff was so kind and helpful and we loved the continental breakfast provided. I also loved that they offered a yoga class (though we had to leave town early before the class was offered). It’s just a testament to their commitment to customer service and experience! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Santa Rosa!"

"The staff was really great, and the property was pretty clean and safe. We went to a car show in downtown Petaluma the following day and our classic cars are safe in the parking lot, all night long. This place is also not far from a bunch of good places to eat. Mainly for breakfast, there is a Henny Penny, right across the highway. But, they also serve free breakfast in the morning, and that wasn’t a bad deal at all. There weren’t too many negatives. One was, the pool was dirty and didn’t make you wanna jump in it. Number two, if you don’t like a firm mattress, you will not sleep well. Maybe they have a different room with the softer mattress, I didn’t ask. Number three, the cable channels are terrible. And finally, and most important, I’ve stayed at nicer places for cheaper."

"dirty rooms swimming pool closed gym noise at 5 am woke us up no working chargers paid parking in addition to what you paid to expedia (15 dollars per night) expedia charged us money for breakfast; hotel stuff denied. we ended up paying for breakfast twice."

"I had stayed there a few nights by the third night. My daughter-in-law had a medical emergency. Her appendix burst, and I was not able to stay there. I asked for a refund through Expedia. I also called and left a message with the hotel manager. He did not return my message. The TV in my room did not work. The tube went out all the pictures were distorted. The Internet Wi-Fi was intermittent. I finally had to go downstairs and get a hotspot. I now am going to dispute the charge on my credit card."
