This property is new and felt very clean. However, I was put in a handicap room as the staff said that is Travelocity fault and they could not help me. Also, it was right by the freeway and parking lot and at 4am all the workers staying there starting up cars right by our window and slamming doors was terrible. I barely slept last night and the manager said that’s not our fault it is Travelocity fault and take it up with them. If you stay here make sure to stay on the non parking lot non freeway side, as my experience was terrible and I’m exhausted and they didn’t care.

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. I thought since it was new it would be clean and less headache but I thought wrong. NO PARKING, FOUND A BOXER AND USED SOCK IN MY ROOM AND FOUND A LOT OF HAIR IN THE BATHROOM. Despite me having reservations they had told me that they were fully booked and there was another person who had booked more rooms that had taken my reservation. After 45 min of discussing and figuring out what was going to happen they gave me the room I booked. When we got to the room the door was already open. We thought it was because they just cleaned the room so we left it alone. When we would shower on the bathroom floor there was a bunch of male hair that had not been properly cleaned and it was a lot. And to top things off when we were packing to leave we found boxers and a used sock next to the chair on the floor that had not been cleaned or noticed by housekeeping. Thank God we were in the hotel most of the time only to sleep but I am super disgusted especially with Covid going on it clearly goes to show that they have not taken any of their cleaning precautions seriously !!!! When I went to check out I complained to Jane and she told me she would give me a refund but since I booked with a 3rd party that I had to call them and they would call her and she was aware of the situation and would tell them to issue a refund but when they call she told them to give me a $50 coupon to compensate for everything and she couldn't give a refund
