Noisy guest above us.
I was placed on the 4th floor and we finally left the hotel at midnight because the guest above us on the 5th floor would not stop pacing. The ceiling creaks and noise made it impossible to sleep. Tried to call guest services but no one answered. This is our favorite hotel but next time I will be on the 5th floor and willing to give the hotel one more try. Really disappointed I lost $174 for the room. Don’t get free time but once a month to enjoy couple time.

Overall excellent Oxford suite. But if you are a light sleeper, stay away from room 514. Above the room must be the roof HVAC SYSTEM. Too loud to sleep for light sleepers. Second time here and will keep coming back.

The staff was so nice! We had a great time at the Happy Hour! I believe the bartenders name was Erik. All the kitchen staff were so gracious and accommodating as well! We will stay here everytime we are in Santa Rosa!

The staff was amazing they even called when they found one AirPod in the room we were in offered a o ship it back. Very clean great pool and hot tub. The breakfast was great as well.
