While I am pleased to see that your score is an overall favorable one and I am glad to see you generally enjoyed your time with us, I am sorry to read of your frustrations felt at the Front Desk when collecting your room key. I do apologize if the impression you received from our colleague was one of annoyance but am sure this was not their intention and that they were simply trying to manage the expectations of our other guests at the time. Unfortunately we cannot always control the arrival times of our guests and when we receive large volumes in a short space of time then the impact on the operation does become more noticeable and for this I apologize.
