The Mission is our half way stopping point from Oregon to California. We love staying at Mission De Oro it is always clean, and comfortable, the rooms are quiet, the front desk clerk is always welcoming. The restaurant is top notch, you can count on getting a delicious meal after a long day of traveling.

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was great and the bar was a lot of fun. We were very disappointed in the dinners we had on Thursday evening. It was like the chef was inexperienced. The squash was not thoroughly cooked, steaks were overcooked and scallops were on the menu and one of guests ordered it. Everyone was served but the scallops and the waitress finally told us that the chef did not have scallops. It would have been nice to have been told that earlier. It was like there were different chefs on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

We were force off of 5 due to rain. The Mission De Oro turned adversity into adventure. Charming, clean room in the Mission style. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Lovely grounds. Ask for a court yard view. They have a wine museum, splendid collection of Western Art, a life size copy of The Pieta in Italy. Memorable one night stay.
