The breakfast was excellent as was the breakfast service personnel. Staff was wonderful and professional. Sad that they don’t pick up rooms every night as they as they did in the past and stil do on cruise lines but I know what to expect in the future. The trash the night we returned about 7:30 pm Saturday night looked like an exploded volcano with trash flowing in all directions from the trash can outside the front door. If I were as new costumer considering a stay at your business I would have left and gone elsewhere. I will probably be back though because of breakfast and pleasant staff .

Expected better for Hampton

Staff was very pleasant but something at the hotel was very noisy. It sounded like a semi-truck running outside the window all night long. Not sure if we were next to the boiler room or a generator room or what. The hot water was a slow start in the shower and the breakfast options were really limited.
