Prior to check-in, I had called ahead to see if the spa would be working. I was assured that it was so I canceled a previous reservation and made my way to Hampton Inn in Turlock. When I arrived, I was informed the maintenance team had left for the day. The pool and spa area were a total disaster. Clearly, they were both out of order, full of leaves and ice cold. Not to mention there were cigarette butts, empty liquor bottles, and discarded clothing strewn about. The maintenance team was not caring for the grounds or featured amenities one bit. My wife and I were extremely let down and disappointed.
