Tried to check in and computer system was down with no timeframe or backup to get people to rooms. Front desk staff was by herself with no onsite manager. Manager refused to come out and talk to the 5 parties trying to check in. Did not offer to help cancel. Just stood there saying that they can’t do anything. Very poor management. Will not stay here.
