Place is disgusting with roaches and dirty.

Bad place .. no a/c rooms are terrible. They need to be shut down.....

Do not book this hotel!!!

Pros: This place is a dump and should be condemned. I don't even think you could pull off an hourly rate at this place...
Cons: Tear this place down and start over.
Location: It's Modesto, enough said...
Booked this hotel through Travelocity on Memorial Day weekend. We were attending for a softball tournament and only planned to be at the hotel one night just to sleep. We arrived at the hotel about 9:00 PM and front door was locked, had to ring a bell for the front desk staff to appear. There were a lot of questionable looking people hanging around outside. Front desk lady asked for our last name and then informed me she did not have our reservation. I pulled up the confirmation on my phone and showed it to her, she then informed that they did not have any double bed rooms left, only 2 rooms with King Beds, I told her I would take those, she then asked me if I wanted to look at the rooms first because they were not the "best rooms". I agreed to look at the rooms first but never actually made it there as soon as we started walking we saw tons of dirty linens spread all over the hotel grounds there weren't any window coverings and many of the rooms had furniture and other things stacked on the beds it was like something out of a horror movie. We went back and told her we would not stay, thank god she actually offered to let me look at the rooms before charging me, she obviously knew that this hotel was not fit for anyone to stay in. I imagine she was tired of refunding people's money. Unfortunately we could not find a hotel anywhere near and ended up going home. Travelocity and other third party sites need to remove this hotel from your list of hotels-IMMEDIATELY!
