The hotel was very loud on Saturday night and the noise kept up until well after 11 PM. It was very disturbing having people running on the floors screaming and making noise. Sunday was a much better stay. The only thing I don’t understand is they make you sign a contract when you check in that there no parties allowed and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am or you will be kicked out of the hotel after the first warning, and that definitely was violated while we were there. I was communicating with the hotel via text and they told me sheriffs were on site, which I saw one security guard going up and down the elevator trying to control things, but it wasn’t close to what was needed to control the situation. For the amount of money that you pay to stay there, you would expect something better than this and I’ve stated embassy suites before and this was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience.

Lady in the dining area was super rude. Didn't catch her name but she definitely shouldn't be in customer service with that horrible attitude. Reason to ruin someone's morning, but I didn't let it ruin mine because my omelette made by David was absolutely delicious and he was also very nice too! The rest of our stay was great. Only other complaint (other than rude breakfast lady) was the price of the snacks in the lobby. Omg 😳 those prices are super uncalled for. Overall beautiful place to stay with your family.

First room had an issue with the toilet leaking. Staff moved us right away. The elevators took forever. Every time we left or came to our room. The pool was not working the entire time we were there. Lights were not connected to the switches on the wall so we had to stumble through a dark room to find the switches on the lamps. Breakfast buffet was great. Lot of selection room was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Parking was terrible second night I couldn’t find the space within our hotel so I had to pay for outside parking. They were nice and offered to refund my parking fee since I had to pay for outside parking location was right next to the bart, which was nice.
