The two women at the from desk (Mayra - Supervisor), were extremely rude and unaccommodating. I have never been treated like this by a hotel representative, especially Mayra who claimed to be Supervisor. I find that hard to believe. In short, my prepaid reservation for a king Bed Suite was not available when checked in after midnight.

Booked a 2 double bed room for four people which I confirmed via phone day before check-in. upon check in we were told they sold out of the 2 double bed rooms. Huh? Next morning water was pouring from our bathroom ceiling. Unit above us had a leaky toilet. Only then were they able to find us a 2 double bed room. Since we were in the area for a basketball tourney we were out of our room most of the day. When we returned we noticed the new room only had 3 towels. requested additional towels at 10pm. At 11pm they were still not delivered. I offered to go to the front desk to pick them up but they were "still trying to find some towels." I also requested a blanket for the pull out couch. They "ran out of blankets, comforters, etc." Huh? we have stayed at this location several times previously. Not sure if it was an off weekend for them or what the deal was. VERY disappointing and NOT worth the price paid per night.

The hotel desk staff was rude. Made corrections to room dates and staff kept saying their system did not update and could not provide them with a room. My employees became frustrated and rented a room out of pocket somewhere else. The room reservation that was paid for was never checked in for or used due to the rudeness of staff.
