Shabby Chic, beautiful location. Needs a major overhaul as the bathrooms have quite a bit of mildew and rust, be prepared for an ewww factor. Everything needs paint. Pool was lovely and you can’t beat the beautiful view of the ocean with birds, dolphins and surfers.

The room was just perfect the view and believe it or not interestingly enough it was pretty quiet no traffic but we could hear the ocean just lovely. Jamie at the front desk could not be more accommodating has the rest of your staff Billie Ray and the restaurant we had dinner there twice.
