The shower floor was black with filth. Asked the front desk three times to send housekeeping up to clean it. There was no body soap or shampoo in the shower either. Housekeeping never showed up. The water was shut off on day two from 7:00am to 9:00PM. My wife couldn't take a shower all day and I ( I work construction) went to be dirty and sweaty. Had to shower in the morning before checking out. To make matters worse, there was demolition going on in the adjoining room my wife had to listen too all day. Lots of pounding and banging, What did I LIKE? There were two young men on the front desk. They did everything they could to help us out. One of them brought us shampoo and body soap at 8:00 pm beings housekeeping refused to do their job.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, well kept pool. The furniture in the lobby shows A LOT of wear but it was still very nice. My room was spacious, the bed was super comfy, there was a nice sofa for relaxing and a full breakfast (not just a prepackaged grab and go type situation that I see at most hotels lately). I definitely recommend this hotel

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. Clerk called us at the beach when our room was available to check-in. Pool was quite dirty, though. LARGE clumps of hair floating around in it. But, I blame this on the nasty person who lost it and didn't clean up after themselves.
