I have stayed here twice now and would stay here every time I’m in Santa Fe. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful. The parking and walkability is in a prime location. And we love the restaurant!

Clean room, old building, recently remodeled pool area that was awesome! “Living room” great for happy hour (get there before 6pm). Within walking distance of the town square. Great options for in-room service, not any more expensive than the nearby restaurants.

"Our room key was for an occupied room. Our key opened the door to find it being used. Had to go back to the front desk to report the issue. Got another key to another room. The room we had was somewhat clean but the windows were filthy dirty which made us uncomfortable. Loud talking outside and doors slamming was terrible. Balcony was dirty. Bed was just ok nothing great. Tv was terrible and breaking up. Red light on phone kept blinking and front desk did nothing to stop it. Garbage in parking lot containers was overflowing. Glad I won’t be in this area again. Don’t know how breakfast was. We left early. Find another place to stay!"
