Beautiful hotel in a great location! Staff is incredible, very kind and helpful. Our main issue was with the poor water pressure in the shower and the water sometimes took up to 15 minutes to heat up. Otherwise the room was nice, a little outdated but very comfortable and quiet.

With the exception of J, the concierge, no one in the hotel was able to provide even a few minutes charge for my phone. The front desk was helpful when I could not find my glasses. The area is incredibly loud, the view poor, but the Bourbon Restaurant is nice. There is a lot of skunkweed smell surrounding the exterior perimeter of the hotel so keep that in mind. I would avoid staying here again and regrettably cannot recommend even though the staff is very friendly and tries to help."
