This was not the hotel I thought I was staying at. Your site needs to list Caesar's hotel separate from Harrahs. It’s very confusing if you’re not familiar with the property. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I needed to request housekeeping. They didn’t come the first day so I had to call. They sent someone but it was very awkward. They didn’t replenish some of the towels nor the coffee mugs or items. The toilet made a clank every time you sit down. The shower made a loud howl sound and the water went cold. There were no restaurants in the hotel except a highly priced steak place. No one working there knew anything about the area to make suggestions. Overall I was disappointed in the stay.

Spacious room. Great mattress and pillows. Very nice facility. Staff was courteous and attentive. We had checked our bags for the day. When we went to retrieve, there was a long queue for groups checking in. The bellman noticed I had a checked luggage ticket and pulled me aside to retrieve ticket and get luggage.
