"The hotel provides beach chairs but they didn’t tell me this when I checked in The first day we spent a small fortune renting chairs. No beach towels either but overall very good"

"Rooms were clean, picture of the pool is very deceiving online it’s not big at all. Pool lounge chairs are always taken by people putting their stuff on them in the morning and not returning until a hour or so later. The conversation sets at the pool are “reserved only” for $300/hr (were empty majority of the day) which does not leave a lot of room for the guests staying wanting to be by the pool. You’d think for as much as you pay to stay some of these amenities would be available for guest with no fee."

"The staff was great, the hotel is beautiful and very clean. Love that they do not have carpet in the rooms, etc. So they floors were very clean and no musty smells like most hotels with carpeting. Suggest if you stay here, you all for a room in the 4th floor (otherwise you can hear people walking around and opening and closing doors, etc. above you) and the water pressure in the shower was not great. Overall though, very nice hotel!"

"We had a lovely stay! The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. They anticipate your needs and are attentive to any requests. Silve in the restaurant is a delight. I did not care for how the female valet attendant confirmed that we were hotel guests. I definitely felt rushed to leave. She would benefit from coaching on how to verify while not irritating the guests. We were made to feel like unwanted trash being chased off."
