We had to change rooms three times in order to get the room that we paid for. Also, the bed was so uncomfortable! I have never had a worst night sleep in a hotel and I usually love sleeping in hotels.

Very nice room and well furnished. The bed was comfortable but sheets did not fit right. My only big complaint was people playing music too loud and slamming doors, not respectful of others trying to sleep. I was not impressed with staff not responding to noise complaints.

Parking is overpriced - we were charged $100 for our low roof 12 person passenger van. I was hoping for more an excited for my stay here but afterwards felt like I could have received more for money at another hotel. "
