"I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was so well set up, everything we needed was available. The private porch area is great for relaxing and the hot tub was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is outside of city limits but the drive to anything we wanted to do was short. I would stay here again any time I’m in San Marcos! You can tell the owner takes pride in providing an excellent experience. "

"We had our entire family gather here for a long 4 day weekend - 12 adults, 4 kiddos and 1 infant!There was more than enough sleeping space and the 2 separate casitas were great for those that wanted a little more seclusion! The property is beautiful and very rustic and our kiddos had a blast! We floated the river 2 days and got to all go and watch Pawpaw play in a Sr Softball tournament! We cooked all of our meals together and had everything we needed!Fun family memories that will last a lifetime!! We would highly recommend this property for large groups and multiple families wanting to gather together in one fun place!"
