I booked 2 king suites. They did not have any available at my check in. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was falling off due to no fan. The towel rack fell off the wall. No towels in pool area. The pool was freezing

The outside condition was not an issue. The overall desk check-in was incompetent. they also said for me to insert my card to pay. I replied that I pre-paid. After five minutes she said, oh yeah you did. the ice machine was out of order, the heat register had a loud hum as did the mini fridge. The towels were a joke. Very small. Thoroughly, dissatisfied. Never going back. The bathtub did not drain properly. Had water to my ankles while showering.

After calling twice to verify late arrival, I show up at the hotel to NO ROOM! Employee somehow hacked their system and canceled all of the reservations. The staff didn't feel it was necessary to contact people with reservations that they wouldn't have rooms available. I had no where to go at midnight and no other hotel had rooms. I'm am absolutely furious and I don't think that's going to change anytime soon

Hotel needs hire more staff to run this hotel to Hilton brand standards. The small staff was great but unable to handle the requirements of running a large hotel
