Kikee at the front desk treated my daughter and I like old friends. She was kind and congenial and made sure that we were happy with our room and explained everything the hotel had to offer. She should be recognized for her professionalism.

Staff was great! Door Lock batteries died, took a while to get back into our room as it was being fixed and were late to a game we had tickets for because of it. 1st night my daughter and I had allergies only in our room, like we do with cats or dogs. 2nd night was better. Both breakfasts were PACKED as size doesn't fit the number of people in hotel.
