This beautiful resort is our oasis when we are in Cape May for vacation. The staff makes the stay extra special! The beach and pool amenities are top notch. The facility is very clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Having food and beverage service at the pool and beach is a plus. It is located a mile or so from most hotels, close enough to walk but much more quiet.

The customer service was very poor, and the front desk staff were not helpful at all. It felt like they had no interest in assisting guests or resolving any concerns.
