Not sure why I am being asked to rate this place again, but the room which was supposed to be NON SMOKING REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE, and we were not provided toilet paper or fresh towels after requesting them twice. See my other review. This hotel has gone downhill over the last few years. Will not be staying there again.

My stay was good just me and my wife needed somewhere to sleep after a concert and a little fun time fast and quick check in no coffee in room but everything else was good thank you hotels.com for making my experience great 👍

The place is closed - they only open then rooms and the venue for events, so no pool, no bars, no restaurants. Therefore, you can stay if you’re attending a concert for safety if you drink during the event. You can walk to the other casino which is somewhat operational. I had fun and people were friendly, but all the other amenities they had are gone

Buffalo Bills closed, but we were not informed. We went to the only open resort nearby, couldn't find the registration desk as it was ill marked. Was informed that our reservation had been transferred there. Room was 1990's, hallways dark and smelled of cigarettes and carpets were just dirty in the halls. Only one restaurant onsite that was extremely understaffed and limited in choices. Went to bar to find every seat had gambling machines and all drinks came in disposable plastic cups and we're poorly made. The emphasis was all gambling with no effort to make overnight accommodations acceptable. WILL NOT RETURN
