I had booked room with a view and I was not given one. Other than that the staff is well mannered. Room service is promised but they don’t change the sheets or make the bed. Rooms are much smaller than the pictures.

Being elevated above the valley allows you to take in all of Sedona’s incredible scenery while still being just a short drive from all the main attractions. The staff was attentive, professional, and extremely polite throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The on-site dining options and available services added a great level of convenience, making it easy to relax and fully enjoy the property. One of the highlights for me was the garden and pool area—both were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience, and I’m already looking forward to returning in the near future."
