Restaurant wasn’t open coffee shop wasn’t open, despite these being closed staff (Guy) was on us like white on rice because we walked in with Starbucks because their coffee shop again was CLOSED. “No outside food or beverage on the first floor. If we didnt prepare it we cannot have it out here.” That’s nice. Had your establishment been an option we would have gladly given it our business. This felt very rude. Room keys also would not open the doors. Only positive was the view and Andre at check in. He was very pleasant and welcoming.

The rooms are dated and need an upgrade. The carpet in our room was rumpled and a tripping hazard. While the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is silly small - the door opens with a 2” clearance from the toilet. Lack of room service in the evening is a bummer since we arrived tired around 7:30pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The first room was so dated and dingy that it felt dirty — it smelled old, and the carpet was sticky and torn. We asked for an updated room, and while it was cleaner, it was a downgrade from the suite we paid for, and they initially tried to charge us $30 extra. After some back and forth, they finally let us switch, and Expedia refunded our second night. We had to leave early to find another hotel, so we never got to relax after a long travel day. To make things worse, every restaurant — even the coffee shop — was closed when we checked out, so we couldn’t use our $12 Expedia Gold credit. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

The hotel is beautiful and even the parts that need to be updated are well kept and in good condition. However, I was disappointed that a "resort" did not have valet parking, the parking situation is horrible, especially if you are mobility challenged. Nor were there any bellmen or housekeeping during our stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel could up their game and off some service touches that would make it top notch. The beds were way too soft. They are in the process of renovation and perhaps replacing mattress. I do have some feedback about the hotels.com website experience vs hotel. I filtered to get an accessible room with two queen size beds and that is what I booked. There were no notes for the hotel and they don't have that kind of room. We needed the grab bars in the shower and near the toilet and luckily they were able to give us a king suite with accessibility in bathroom. But one of us had to sleep on a pull out couch rather than bed. Hotels.com, please do better this was a poor experience only made right by the staff at the PRESCOTT RESORT.

The room was in serious need of updating. Carpet in the bedroom area had visible ripples. The countertop in the bathroom was separating from the wall. The light above the sink in the bathroom was flickering and kept turning off but maintenance fixed it pretty quickly though. I think we’ll try the one of the upgraded rooms next time.

The room was very nice, comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff are polite, helpful, went out of there way to accommodate me and the guests I saw them attending to. Room service food was deliciously satifying, and the staff were prompt and cheerful.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The layout is great with double sinks outside of shower and toilet. Lighting could be better. Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the fluffy comforter. All in all a great stay.
