Prescott, a year-round haven, offers an array of activities, from the Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July to special events on Halloween, the Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, the enchanting Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, and festive Christmas celebrations. Ring in the New Year at The Whiskey Row Boot Drop.



During the summer Concert Series, the Courthouse Square hosts free events. Bring your chairs, blanket, and picnic basket to savor the music in this idyllic setting. INSIDE THE HOME

Living room: The open concept living room features vaulted ceilings, plenty of windows to allow the natural light fill the space. Guests may enjoy their evening by the fireplace while streaming their favorite shows on the Smart TV. There is a designated work space for working remotely. Guests may enjoy a sit down dinner at the high top table that seats six.



Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, water filtration system, oven and more. The kitchen island has seating for two.



Bedroom1: This bedroom is located on the main level of the home. It features a queen size bed, bedside tables and closet space.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps and a luggage rack. The bedroom is connected to the loft as well as the second bathroom.



Loft Area: The loft overlooks the living room. It features a bunk bed with a twin over full size bed, a pull-out sofa and TV. There are toys and games provided for our little guests.



Bathroom 1: This bathroom is located on the main floor. It features a walk-in shower, double sink vanity and toilet. It is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



Bathroom 2: This bathroom is located on the second floor. It features a walk-in shower, a pedestal sink and toilet. It is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



Laundry area: Hidden in the kitchen, you will find the washer and dryer with a supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.



OUTSIDE

Serenity Creek Cabin offers guests a large deck complete with an outdoor seating area for lounging, BBQ Grill, porch swing and a hammock. The property offers additional walking paths with birdhouses and seating areas. While the property is located in the woods, this home is in a quiet mountain neighborhood.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you`ve made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest`s responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.



Rules and Policies

You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.



Wanderlust Prescott Retreats is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.



Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make Wanderlust Prescott Retreats aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.



Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.
