"Quickest check in I’ve ever had. The room was very clean. The only thing I would improve if possible is the bed. It was definitely not comfortable as it seemed like the mattress was really old. Would definitely stay again if it was only for one night because any longer the bed would be a problem. "

Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not available until 3:40 PM. When I inquired about the possibility of receiving a drink voucher due to the delay, the manager, Jasmine, responded in a manner I found to be discourteous. She stated that she had done her best to have the room ready on time and explained that the delay was due to guests checking out at 11:00 AM. Absolutely no consideration that my child and I had been patient with them."
