I was not happy about the resort at all. Charged for early check-in, maid service was very limited, if at all. Property was not near as nice as pictures showed. Breakfast was not free

I book an ADA room for my grandmother and mother. My 80 year-old grandmother is unsteady on her feet under normal circumstances, but she was also having surgery on her eye. They arrived and found that the advertised room was not available. In addition, they were told they would have a room on the second floor but it would be near the elevator. That was untrue. It was halfway down a long hallway. THEN, they charge my mother more than $20 over the advertised price.

Main overhead light switch broken. Which means after midnight I learned it would be on all night w no way to turn it off. Front desk told me they had more important priorities than my being able to sleep. I found a bench and was able to get high enough to remove the fluorescent bulbs.
