This recently renovated two-family home with stunning views of the Fore River, marina, and Casco Bay shipping channel is a luxurious, comfortable retreat on Munjoy Hill, one of Portland's most desirable and walkable neighborhoods.

The space
Enjoy a cup of coffee and the sunrise from the 3rd floor deck or grab a cold drink from the nearby wet bar and enjoy the sea breeze and gorgeous views. Take advantage of the beautiful garden and shared grill.

You'll be just steps away from all you could want to do or dine on in this little city by the sea. Or, walk downtown and pick up some local seafood to make a meal in the gourmet chef's kitchen, including a well-stocked walk-in pantry.

The recently renovated 1845 home's luxurious interior and location make it a perfect getaway spot for two couples or small group of friends visiting Portland.

Enjoy ample living space indoors and out, including two very private bedrooms.
Each bedroom is on a separate floor and offers a comfortable queen-size bed. There is a full bathroom on each floor as well.

Air conditioning throughout the house keeps you comfortable, even on the hottest of summer days. And heated towel racks in each bathroom take the chill off on cooler days.

During your stay, you will have the entire unit to yourself; a third, unoccupied bedroom is unavailable to guests.

This unit is on the second floor, up a steep flight of stairs, and spans two floors. Guests should be very comfortable with stairs in order to enjoy their stay!

Awesome Space

Great all around. Cozy, great place to come back to after a day in Portland. Spent most of our time on the deck watching the boats. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay. I traveled to see my nephew with my husband and mother. The two floors were great as it provided privacy for my mom as well as for us. Beautifully renovated with great views. Location was great--were able to walk everywhere. It is not for children as the steps are steep and the railings very open.
