"Breakfast was good. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. The property is very aged. To me it was very expensive for the age and condition of property. Check in was very crowded and only a 2 person staff so a wait time even though we used the AI machine."

I chose this hotel based on the reviews mentioning how clean it was, but my experience was the complete opposite. The room cleanliness was not acceptable and it seems like the hotel could benefit from a better cleaning team. On three different days I returned to the hotel at night and found that my room had not been cleaned. Each time I had to go to the front desk to report it. The breakfast was also below expectations and did not offer good quality or variety. Additionally, the surrounding area did not feel very nice, and the pool was not well maintained. Overall, if you are looking for a comfortable place to relax with your family, this may not be the best option."
