Room had insects. We reserved a space with the shuttle to the airport and the driver left 10 minutes earlier without us and no notification was given to us, we had to pay an uber. The hotel does not have the option for you to leave your bags, we had to wait until the room was ready.

Handicapped room had handicapped rails in bath. I fell in bath when the handicapped bar came off the wall. I crawled to toilet and pulled the handicapped bar off the wall trying to get up. Front desk suggested I find another hotel.
