It’s an older hotel, a bit dated with low ceilings and some things that could use an update. We only stayed a night waiting for a cruise. Great for that, not sure for extended stays. Pool area was actually very nice and the shuttle service from the airport and cruise terminal was very convenient.

Breakfast was ok, typical continental you do have to turn in little tickets. The pictures online are not true, this is definitely a budget hotel. When we asked to move rooms because the smell was just too strong and causing our son’s allergies to go crazy the supervisor (whom the front desk agent had to call over the phone) kept insisting on a refund and telling us to leave. We also never got our deposit back. She said we needed to email her on how we wanted it returned like huh?!?!? Anyways definitely won’t be staying here again.

Very slow checking in, however, staff was very helpful. Used airport shuttle (must call) and used cruise shuttle...both appreciated. Breakfast was typical but place very clean. Did not use pool but many did. Only downside was only place to eat dinner was next door to Inn and that's just bar food.

Convenience! Shuttles to and from the Cruise Port and Airport. Early check in was also a plus. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They also have a restaurant on site snd the food was really good. Will stay there again .

Average location. Outdated for sure, the shuttle from the airport had doors that didn't close. Calling in to get picked up is chaos because the sound quality is terrible and you are on speaker so you hear everything. Price wise I would use it again but I'd lower my expectations accordingly.

The airport and cruise port shuttle was what drew me to book. Nice, comfortable and clean room. Good waffles for breakfast. Hotel restaurant was good and had live music. They were out of a lot of dishes on the menu and the wait for food was long but everything was tasty.

We stayed one night before our cruise. The hotel is very geared for this. The airport and cruise terminal shuttle was smooth especially considering the number of people they transport. It was great that they sell wine by the bottle which was nice as we could bring a bottle per person on our cruise. Breakfast was just okay only because it was very crowded. Would stay here again.
