We had no issue with the room, the staff, or the amenities, even the hotel shuttle came in an appropriate amount of time. Our two complaints were the length of time we held on the phone (about 7-8 mins) to place the call for the shuttle and the length of time we stood in line to check in (behind only 4 people). We arrived at about 930 pm and it took one hour to get checked in! We were dropped off by the shuttle driver, who went back to the airport to pick up our son who was arriving on a different flight. It took so long standing there that our son got to the hotel and we were still in line and he proceeded to go online and order a pizza for delivery, all while we stood there and finally got checked in. It was crazy. Maybe you won't have that experience, but it was the longest check in I have ever seen. Once we got to our room, we had no issues, the breakfast was fine, the shuttle to the cruise port went smoothly.

Shuttle from airport took 1 3/4 hours to arrive after I called. Check in took 20 minutes while at the counter. We had a reservation and they had all our information already. Rooms were clean but dated. The breakfast buffet had less selection than the last time we stayed.

I made the mistake of walking on the tile floor in bare feet, an hour in and the bottom of my feet were black. Always seems when you book through Expedia you get the least desirable room. We struck up conversations with a number of people that were also staying here, same category of room booked direct, nicer room, better location…. Haven’t ever experienced where when you are an hour or so early to check in they want to charge you $30.
