Welcome to Our Tennessee Home Away from Home! Pet-friendly Ranch home conveniently situated within walking distance of the Pigeon Forge Parkway and The Island. Featuring 4 BRs, 6 beds, for up to 11 guests, along with an abundance of games suitable for all ages, ensuring hours of entertainment for everyone.

Thanks to its safe and convenient location, you can relax knowing that you won't have to navigate hazardous mountain roads or fret about road closures due to inclement weather.

In February 2024, as we renovated, we prioritized the comforts of home. We're excited to introduce "Modern Mountain Gamers Getaway" to you, with the hope that you find it as delightful as our family does.

If you've visited this location before, we, the new owners, trust that you'll relish the enhancements we've made. These include a brand-new game room, TVs in every room, freshly painted spaces, new bedding, bunk beds, a sleeper sofa with a premium memory foam mattress, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a cover lift for the hot tub, and handrails on the porch and game room stairs. We also recently added a hand rail in the bathroom for easier shower/tub access.

The side entrance provides stair-free access and convenient parking. Please be aware of stairs and a railing at the front door. Additionally, for safety, there's a camera doorbell installed. The house features single-level living, with only three stairs and a railing leading to the game room. Ample free parking is available, including a spacious driveway and an extended 70' x 25' parking area suitable for large trailers, boats, and multiple vehicles—ideal for accommodating guests attending Pigeon Forge's local car shows.

Location is everything! And let me tell you, our spot couldn't be better—it's right at the heart of Pigeon Forge. We're conveniently situated within walking distance of "The Parkway," just 0.5 miles from the main strip bustling with attractions and restaurants. Plus, we're less than a mile from "The Island" and the Pirates Dinner Show, and a quick 10-minute drive from Dollywood. Our cozy abode is nestled right in the center of all the action, only 1.6 miles from The Grand Majestic Theater and 1.8 miles from Country Tonite Theatre. And if you're up for some thrilling entertainment, Dolly Parton’s Stampede is just 2.2 miles away. Thanks to its safe and convenient location, you can relax knowing that you won't have to navigate hazardous mountain roads or fret about road closures due to inclement weather.

Step into the open-concept living room and kitchen of this modern home, and you'll immediately feel at ease. The light and airy colors used throughout the space create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, inviting you to sit back and relax. The centerpiece of the living room is a sleek and stylish electric fireplace, providing warmth and ambiance with just the flick of a switch. Above the fireplace, a large smart TV sits ready to stream your favorite shows and movies, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

Kitchen:
Moving into the kitchen area, you'll find everything you need to create a delicious meal or entertain guests. The modern appliances and ample counter space make cooking and prep work a breeze, while the open layout allows for easy conversation and socializing. The light-colored cabinetry and countertops add to the bright and cheerful atmosphere, while the minimalist design keeps things sleek and uncluttered. Overall, this open-concept living room and kitchen is the perfect blend of modern style and cozy comfort. Dining Room:
The spacious dining area is the perfect place to gather with family and friends for a meal. The large dining table comfortably seats eight, while the island in the middle provides additional seating for four. This setup makes it easy to enjoy family time while some are busy preparing a delicious meal for all to enjoy. The minimalist design of the dining table and island blends seamlessly with the surrounding decor, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. And when it's time for some friendly competition, the shuffleboard table nearby provides endless entertainment for all ages. So whether you're enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal or passing the time with a game of shuffleboard, this space has something for everyone.

Gameroom:
Prepare for memorable family bonding moments filled with laughter and friendly rivalry in our newly enhanced and roomy game room. Here, entertainment knows no bounds, featuring an 8-foot slate pool table, a retro arcade gaming system boasting 60 timeless classics such as Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger, along with a foosball table, air hockey, darts, and shuffleboard. Adjacent to the game room, you'll find a convenient laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Outdoor Spaces:
I'm absolutely thrilled to share all the fantastic activities awaiting you at our Tennessee Home Away from Home! Picture this: after a day of exhilarating hikes, you can unwind in the hot tub or enjoy some indoor fun with our selection of games on the screened-in deck—perfect for kids of all ages! If the evening air gets a bit chilly, cozy up by the outdoor gas fire table. And for those who relish outdoor cooking, fire up the grill and gather around the deck's ample seating for 12. But wait, there's more! You can even indulge in a game of Ping Pong in the garage! We're beyond excited to welcome you, your family, and friends to our haven. With entertainment options galore, boredom simply isn't an option. We can't wait for you to have a snug home to return to after exploring all the wonders the Smoky Mountains have in store. Get ready for an unforgettable experience!

Location\Roads\Parking:
A Contemporary Mountain Gaming Retreat offers convenient access via paved roads for both cars and motorcycles. It boasts spacious parking for up to four vehicles, including trailer accommodation. Pigeon Forge is a mere minute's drive away, while Gatlinburg is reachable within 15 minutes. Nearby amenities include a Dollar General store, and a Kroger supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away. Additionally, the cabin is ideally situated within a 5-10 minute walk to the Pigeon Forge Parkway, granting swift access to downtown attractions and amenities, including a local trolley.

Local Fun:
Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Pet-friendly:
Pet-friendly with a maximum weight limit of 40 lbs, accompanied by a pet fee. While pets are permitted, we offer a medium-sized kennel for their comfort. We kindly request that pets refrain from accessing furniture such as couches and beds, to avoid additional cleaning charges incurred by the renting occupant should our cleaners notify us otherwise. Additionally, you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste appropriately.

Smokey Mountain Christmas:
Book now to secure your place over the holidays in our Smokey Mountain Christmas home. In November we turn Modern Mountain into our Smokey Mountain Christmas getaway, making a dream come true. The space is adorned with a 7.5-foot pre-lite pine tree—one of the most lifelike we could find—along with blue and gold accents, pinecones and rustic decorations that capture the essence of the Smokey Mountains. Thoughtful touches throughout the home enhance your holiday experience, including the Grinch and Max welcoming you at the front door, helping to create lasting memories. It's the perfect blend of modern style and Smokey Mountain charm for the holiday season. We'll even share our Christmas list of favorite attractions and shows with you, as we've spent the past week exploring them ourselves. We’re just a 5-minute drive or about a 15-20 minute walk to The Island, home of Winterfest and a variety of holiday attractions, shows, restaurants, and an unforgettable New Year's Eve celebration featuring music, fireworks, and much more. Christmas is celebrated in the Smoky Mountains with parades, lights, music, shows and festivities as early as Nov 1st to well past Valentine’s Day.

The house was so much fun for our family of seven. We enjoyed the game room and also the ping pong table in the garage. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook for your family. The bathrooms even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds were very comfortable! Overall great experience.

Check-In:
4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code.
