Book a hotel near Phillips Crossing, Orlando

"Nice hotel resort, unfortunately i didn’t get to enjoy the amenities but the hotel was clean. Only problem i had was the seal on the room door needs to be replaced, you can hear all the wind and people walking past the room constantly. One other small thing were the outlets were nowhere near the bed to plug in a laptop or cell phone. Other than that overall good hotel."

"Clean room but small. There was no option for body wash and just a small zest bar. I know there was a 50s type them but the V05 shampoo was zest bars was looking cheap. They had one pillow per person and the mattress was old . I woke up with my back aching. The walls were thin so I woke up several times at night due to some cackling female next door to where I can hear her thru the walls. I was highly disappointed in the hotel universal offers. This was my first and last time staying at universal owned property . The front desk man was very nice but he upgraded me for free to a view of volcano bay. Only to find out I was in a room next to last at the end of the entire building . So I had a long walk to main lobby and pool etc. "

"Poor customer service; the bed was dirty and infested with biting insects. The room I paid for was not the one I received. Poor treatment by the staff."

"Yes the parking was good. The a/c worked very good. The sheets was a little stained the couch in the room was old the chair for the computer table look like it been through war. The bathroom had no brush nor plunger if the toilet neede to clean or unclog. My other half woke up with some red bumps on his stomach we ended up getting lysol for the room because we believe that is was bedbugs. I would be honest the location of the hotel is very nice but I won't stay there again."

"Hotel was perfect for our staycation celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. She was able to have enjoy the bar and the son and our 6 year old nephew enjoyed the indoor and outdoor water parks! The room was renovated and very clean. The AC worked almost too good. We would definitely come back in the future. "
