"They advertised a hot tub and pool. but both were out of service. They said to go to the hotel next door, but their hot tub was nothing but cold water. No snacks at Happy Hour like the other Embassy Suites I had stayed in before. Breakfast was nothing but a disaster- The employees there didn't care about not serving what was advertised on the hours listed. I had to get their manager involved to get any bacon, fresh fruit, and other necessities. The shower needed to be fixed. The plug was stuck, so I had to stand in water. The air conditioning was a joke and it was basically stuck at 75 degrees the entire time."

"The location was convenient and staff very attentive. The bathroom and air conditioning a little dated. Coffee in the room was great. Wish there was water or coffee in the lobby. The ice machines did not have a water option So sink water was it."

"The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean and appeared well maintained with some minor updates needed (carpet was pretty old and saggy). The breakfast was great, the kids loved that and the pool. Overall we’d stay there again and it is in a convenient location for most sites and attractions in the area."
