"When we first arrived the room assigned had unmade beds when we walked in. Thankfully the staff quickly gave us another room which was wonderful and clean🌟 But then the girls wanted to go and swim before we went out to dinner and they couldn’t because the pool was blocked off for swim lessons. They had been looking forward to swimming. Other than that everything with the hotel was great."

"We stay at the Embassy Suites frequently and this is definitely the worst we have stayed at! The construction is loud and messy. Several elevators dont work. The room had lots of broken items. You have to pay for parking in a lot full of construction stuff. The deposit is $150. We came out the back door to a bear on the trash dumpster. We had an issue with our car and needed to stay an extra night. Front desk said there were no rooms open. We booked somewhere else and then noticed online there were lots of rooms open. We had to pay 2 Ubers to get us all to a different hotel."

"Room was clean. Everything worked as intended although the TV had a glitch which I initially thought was a blown speaker. Turned out to be a wiring/connection issue. Staff addressed the issue, but it occurred two more times and required fiddling with the wires by myself both times. It's obvious there are long-term residents, and abandoned vehicles in the lot. If all you require is a good night's sleep for low cost, it is adequate. Was allowed to bring my bike inside. Location close to several fast food joints, Walmart, and other shopping. Not far from highway, but far enough to not be able to hear it. May stay again, may look for slightly nicer accommodation."
