Looking to have the ultimate experience at the Atlantis over the 4th of July on a budget? Staying at the Harborside resort is your answer. As a guest at the Harborside resort you will have full access to the Atlantis resort with the opportunity to utilize all that the Harborside resort has to offer. You will receive up to 10 wristbands daily that will give you access to the Atlantis. You can cook your own meals, pack lunches or snacks to enjoy by the pool and even put your own beers or cocktails in the cooler to take to the Atlantis pools. We have packing and shopping tips that can save a family hundreds to thousands of dollars for the week....and we're happy to share them with you.

HARBORSIDE ATLANTIS, 3BDRM Lock-off which sleeps 10. Available Saturday June 29 - Saturday July 6. A lock-off means there are 2 separate units that are attached by an adjoining door. So, one unit is a 2 bedroom unit and the other is a 1 bedroom unit.

**IMPORTANT** Deposit must be paid and a rental agreement must be accepted by both parties before the reservation will be transferred into renter's name after final payment is made. There are no refunds for cancellation. We STRONGLY recommend rental insurance if you think there might be any need to cancel a reservation.

Rent with confidence. We are longtime Westin/Starwood owner who have rented our unit out on multiple occasions. Our unit for rent here is a 3BDRM Lock-off unit that will sleep up to 10 people.

This 3BDRM lock-off unit consists of the 2BDRM standard side which has a full kitchen and a 1 BDRM side with a smaller kitchen. Both units have refrigerators, ranges, microwave ovens and washer and dryers. This is a GREAT setup for groups that may want some privacy.

You may utilize the endless Atlantis amenities or relax using the many amenities located at the Harborside resort. You may take a short walk through the marina village to reach the Atlantis resort or access the **free complimentary shuttle that runs between the 2 resorts!

The Atlantis has a 6 story Mayan temple with 5 water slides, 2 that pass through a shark-filled lagoon. The seven-story power tower was added which has four breathtaking water slides. The temple river surrounds the power tower providing a one-mile-long wave river ride with five-foot waves.

** Value-Added Tax

The Bahamian government has implemented the VAT, a new type of consumption tax charged at 12% on most goods and services that businesses provide in the Bahamas, including, but not limited to credit card deposits, housekeeping services, and internet charges. VAT is also charged on certain goods and services imported from outside the Bahamas.

** The resort will also place a $100/day "hold" on your credit card to cover incidentals. This is not a charge, but it is a hold and ensures that your credit card has funds available. All of your actual purchases will be charged to your credit card upon check-out.

The cost for Internet is $24.60 for a 24 hour period for up to 4 devices.
