The place was exactly what we needed. Quiet surrounding area. Apartment was perfect. Only thing not so good was the tv kept having to search for a signal. Other than that all good

This is a very cute place and the bed in the master is quite comfortable (we didn't sleep on the others so can't attest to those). The wifi password sent to us didn't work, heck I didn't even see the wifi name on the list of available networks. I texted Megan (our contact from Evolve property management) to find out if something changed and it had. We got that situated and we're still losing TV every 30ish minutes but it would connect back, just annoying. The check out instructions say you need to wash, dry and put away any dishes you've used. Well, the prior guests just put dirty dishes away so we had to wash everything before we used it!. I also let Megan know about this b/c it's not fair that we have to pay so much for a cleaning fee for 2 days and the crew doesn't even check the dishes are clean?! The location of this property is very convenient, beach access 2 blocks across Thomas Dr. Such a nice, older, quiet area.

Great for our stay!

The property was clean, but could use a little bit of up dating. The contact, Megan was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us. The location was perfect for us, a little bit down from the touristy parts and right across from access to the beautiful beach!
