Parking fee. I was not aware up front that there was going to be a $26 per day parking fee. The parking lot is not even gated or guarded. To pay for it you have to scan a QR code in the parking lot, enter your info and then you get charged by the hotel. Why not just charge you up front by the hotel? Additionally, I was told by the staff when I checked in that I had a couple of hours to register the car through the QR code. After returning home from my stay at the hotel I received a letter from the third party company that the hotel uses charging me $75 for the 2 day stay. I Came to find out after calling the third party company that I only had 19 minutes to register the vehicle from the moment that I drove into the parking lot.
When I tried to call the hotel to notify them of the invoice that I received, their telephone number was not working at all. I had to deal with their third party company directly to resolve this issue.
