November holiday

We rented three condos at Vista Cau for our family gathering. This condo was very beautifully designed with an amazing presentation. The views of the lake are wonderful and it's a short walk to the pool area. The location is super convenient to grocery shop and dining. I loved the attention to detail, and would stay here again!!

Well appointed and close to Convention Center

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Highlights: close to the Convention Center (walking distance), great view of the lake (a lot of birds to watch) and Sea World fireworks nightly, easy parking, close to amusement parks, nice furniture and tons of space. Could use improvement: towels were wet and in dryer upon arrival, not all bathrooms completely clean but 90% of condo was in very clean condition, they should recycle in Vista Cay, pool was very crowded and bouncers will ask you to leave if you bring in your own drinks. However, we will consider staying here again.

Great location; terrible stay

Pros: great proximity to parks and downtown, great pool and bar area. Cons: WiFi password was wrong the first night, couldn’t fix it until almost midnight; ceiling in bedroom started leaking, no one ever came to look at it, told us it was possibly a ventilation issue and asked us not to use the dryer at all - family of five with tons of dirty clothes and no way to wash; we could hear EVERYTHING the guests above us were doing the entire time; quality of sleep was so terrible we left a night early just to get some rest. There seemed to be no soundproofing of any kind. Several light bulbs were burned out, and the hall light didn’t work. The management was polite, but didn’t really seem to want to solve any of our problems quickly. For the price, we expected a lot more. Wouldn’t stay here again; wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

Awesome condo!

This condo was awesome! We stayed there for 14 days with our family. It was spacious enough for three families, that is 9 people. There was plenty of room for preparing meals and eating. I found it tastefully decorated and very clean. We loved sitting on the patio that overlooked the lake. We also found the location of the condo wonderful; being close enough to Universal Studios, the Disney properties, Publix, outlet malls, and wonderful restaurants. We spent considerable time at the pool. This area was always clean and the pool was very big and inviting. We also found the people extremely friendly and willing to assist us with any questions. Certainly would recommend this condo to anyone!!!

We loved everything about this place and would do it again!

The place is spacious and well appointed. All was exactly as described and promised. We had five in the condo in three good sized bedrooms, but most important is the large family area and kitchen. This was a terrific value compared to three hotel rooms, and we hate hotels as we prefer our own kitchen and living area. Thanks to the owners and to management. The only very slight issue might be the air conditioner units outside hum pretty loud when you sit on the beautiful balcony, but inside you can't hear them. We loved our stay and your place is highly recommended. Thanks so much! ken

Great stay!

We came to Orlando to drop our daughter off for a Disney internship. We loved the condo! It was clean, bright, and decorated beautifully. We really loved that everyone had their own room, and having 2 bathrooms was perfect! I really enjoyed the outside patio, for my morning coffee, or a cocktail in the evening! You can watch the sunrise if you are a morning person, and the lake view is pretty. We found the check in, and all codes for arrival to be very easy, and parking was good. The condo is very close to shopping, and wonderful places to eat. We wish we could have stayed a little longer to really enjoy the area, but we were pressed for time getting our daughter set up. We would love to come back to this beautifully appointed condo!

Was the property clean and well-maintained ? This property is so beautiful, but it needs maintenance. On Sunday when we finished breakfast and placed all the dishes into the dishwasher, sewage water started coming out of the sink and began to flood the kitchen. We immediately called the apartment maintenance and reported the issue. Due to this we had to leave the apartment because of the smell and the flooding (we can send you pictures if you need them). Apart from this issue experienced, we noted that the floor was extremely dirty, as just by walking on it the bottom of our socks were filthy. The pillows are extremely hard and therefore difficult to sleep on.

We stayed at this condo as a gift from my sister It was a great family reunion It is so spacious that we were able to invite the grandparents with us . As for the unit Lay out is perfect,furniture was very nice Balcony view was great, we used it every day We would definitely recommend this place
