We stayed for 2 weeks The suite was comfortable & spacious. The staff were all friendly. We did have issues. The room safe did not work. After reporting several times it took from when we arrived Wednesday until Sunday when they replaced it. We also asked to move rooms as ours was very dark & did not get any sun. We asked on arrival but were told to try after the weekend. We then tried after the weekend & were told it was not possible. A young receptionist did however let us move rooms on the Tuesday. The staff were all friendly but I think it was a communication issue as one lady had difficulty understanding us. During our 2nd week breakfast items kept running out. There was no cereal, milk muffins/pastries at all & some days no bread. The various juices were not available though they did put out some alternatives. Overall a nice hotel to stay in but it did highlight when things went wrong they were not resolved quickly. I have not marked the hotel down on these issues as they probably would not all happen again, but it does highlight when things go wrong they were not resolved quickly. The young girl with glasses on reception was very helpful & a credit to you but as I stated previously it just seemed to be a language problem with the other lady who was very polite.

The hotel was good, clean and the room is comfortable. The only think I was very disappointed was the parking. They don’t said anything about he the parking price. When you check in is when they give you a ticket to register your car. Then is a surprise. 32 dollares per car per day. We stay 5 days and have to paid 144 dollares, they said is because the hotel is close to parks, but do not make any sense, since the hotel price is already charging for the location and they do not offer any shutters to the parks. When we also have to paid parking at the park. For me do not make any sense, and they do not said anything before you book the hotel. Is just a bad surprise when you check in. Be aware about the parking charge before book with this hotel. Have a bunt other options close by, offering cheap parking or free parking. And also offering shutter to the parks.

Nice hotel, nice and clean big rooms. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is not that good as other hiltons we have stayed in. 4 days we had no breakfast other than black coffee. No bread No fruit No milk No cream No cakes No butter Definitely needs more breakfast items. Like more fruits more flavours of yogurts natural and greek yogurt. More cake options.

Hilton is usually great, but this stay was a major letdown. It started with a broken TV in our room and felt like a series of disappointments from there. • Service & Billing: We dealt with a rude front desk agent who created an uncomfortable scene in the lobby regarding a service recovery offer for the TV issue. Following this negative interaction, we found erroneous charges added to our bill that we are now having to dispute. • Operations: The hotel seems to be struggling with basics. Breakfast ran out of bowls one day and milk the next, even with an hour left of service on both days. Housekeeping also failed to restock basic toiletries like conditioner after servicing the room. Management has been unresponsive to my emails regarding the staff conduct and billing errors. I cannot recommend staying here until they get their operations and service back up to standard.
