Upon arrival and check-in, I was not acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member. I am also an HGV owner and expected the same treatment I receive at all other Hiltons I have stayed in. I did receive the text communication throughout the stay. The first night, I asked for towels to be delivered. They said they were on the way. An hour and a half later, I just went to the desk and got the towels so the children could bathe. The next night, they asked how everything was going. I asked them if they would please just clean the bathroom and exchange the dirty towels. They affirmed they would. That was around 1230pm. When we returned around 1940, the dirty towels were still not exchanged and the bathroom was not cleaned. I called the desk several times with no answer. I texted and received no response to my text. I went to the desk and got the exchange of towels. On Sunday, the day of regular service, housekeeping stopped by around 4pm. They asked if we wanted service and I said yes. They could not understand English so it was impossible to effectively communicate. I asked, again, for the bathroom to be cleaned. They vacuumed the main walkway of the living area and the bedroom, gathered the dirty towels, and took the trash. I called to them in the hallway to ask about the bathroom, including the tub and toilet, being cleaned. Despite nods 'yes" they sent another person up with the bathtub towel that goes on the floor instead of cleaning it. Worst experience ever at a Hilton.

I like how every morning there was a different option to eat from the gray dish it was different each day sometimes it was potatoes sometimes it was eggs sometimes it was buscuit with gravy I like the options the only complain I have is that check in says 4pm when we got there we were told to wait a whole hour???? thats ridiculous if your hotel and your policy says 4pm check in then that should be the check in time not wait a whole hour to get your room the lady at the front told us because they are understaffed that is not our problem it is not the customer problem or fault that was very irrelevant thats a company problem if understaffed if check in says 4pm then that is the time customers need to check in also I notice a lot of the customers that wanted to check in had a lot of trouble checking in even the police had to come to removed someone I was a witness to that for what??? is yalls fault yall overbooked when we payed for something it should be given too and honor this hotel was a bump for me I dont think I will be staying here never dont stay here you will have problems when checking in and also parking my husband had to change our rental car because the first one we got it had problems on one of the wheels so he went to return it so he came back with a second rental it was a new car rental and when trying to park in property with the new car rental front lady said idk how that works parking cant do nothing about it cant do it on my end basically cant help you…..

Bom no geral mas a Limpeza é fraca...em uma semana de estadia apenas trocaram as toalhas 3x. Nenhum limpeza foi feita..nem.no banheiro. Tem lava louças mas não deixam o sabão. Café da manhã razoável pra começar o dia. Oferece transfer para os parques mas os horários não são bom.

I would recommend going to a different hotel this is okay if there’s nothing better parking is 27 dollars a day ! Which that money can go to a better hotel that doesn’t charge for parking I initially got this place for location and “free breakfast “ which you end up paying for in parking. Next time I’ll stay in Kissimmee and just drive better hotels there

The pet are was non existent. Would be nice to have an area for pets. Also the pool closed at 7 on our second night for maintenance. Disappointing as we did not have time first night. It should have been closed at 10 allowing guests the use for that day once getting back from Orlando activities of the day. Otherwise great stay. Awesome staff, very nice people.

Rooms are musty and wet upon arrival. Breakfast options have gotten better, kitchen staff are very nice. Check in staff need to put their phones away when on the clock, check in took way longer than it was supposed to. It was okay.
