The staff were all great, rooms big and Spacious loved having the kitchen with a large fridge. Breakfast was good every morning hotel was very nice. One thing on the negative. The check in was a bit disappointing because we arrive very early before noon and still we’re not able to get in until 3:30 PM but others were allowed in.

I booked this property specifically because it was so close to Sea World and provided transportation to the park. However the transportation left the hotel at 7:45 a.m. and left the park at 5:00 p.m. The park isn’t open until 9:00 a.m. We ended up driving our own vehicle and having to pay $40 for parking, which is what I was trying to avoid. My fault for not calling ahead. The hotel itself is very nice with the rooms being very spacious and quiet and clean. Staff could be friendlier; we passed five staff members on the way to breakfast (two in the elevator) and not one said good morning or hello. There was also only one working elevator.

Place is clean, updated and maintained BUT the room STINKS, like old carpet but there is no carpet. Carla was friendly and accomodating but Quincy, your late afternoon front desk is very dismissive, saying that if a room is not available at 4pm which is the check in time then we just have to wait, might be available at 430pm, is not acceptable, especially when we came at 1pm to ask if we can have a room early or on time. They can delay check in but not compensate with late check-out? Then he supposedly did his magic and when we were already getting upset at 420pm, suddenly he was able to have a room available at a different floor. Husband had to call corporate. Lastly, at 10:17am, room service barged in when we were all still in the room! Check out is at 11am, why come inside the room at 10:17am? Very unprofessional. Good points are: clean lobby, even if stinky, room is clean, bathrooms clean, very spacious room.

Upon arrival and check-in, I was not acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member. I am also an HGV owner and expected the same treatment I receive at all other Hiltons I have stayed in. I did receive the text communication throughout the stay. The first night, I asked for towels to be delivered. They said they were on the way. An hour and a half later, I just went to the desk and got the towels so the children could bathe. The next night, they asked how everything was going. I asked them if they would please just clean the bathroom and exchange the dirty towels. They affirmed they would. That was around 1230pm. When we returned around 1940, the dirty towels were still not exchanged and the bathroom was not cleaned. I called the desk several times with no answer. I texted and received no response to my text. I went to the desk and got the exchange of towels. On Sunday, the day of regular service, housekeeping stopped by around 4pm. They asked if we wanted service and I said yes. They could not understand English so it was impossible to effectively communicate. I asked, again, for the bathroom to be cleaned. They vacuumed the main walkway of the living area and the bedroom, gathered the dirty towels, and took the trash. I called to them in the hallway to ask about the bathroom, including the tub and toilet, being cleaned. Despite nods 'yes" they sent another person up with the bathtub towel that goes on the floor instead of cleaning it. Worst experience ever at a Hilton.

I like how every morning there was a different option to eat from the gray dish it was different each day sometimes it was potatoes sometimes it was eggs sometimes it was buscuit with gravy I like the options the only complain I have is that check in says 4pm when we got there we were told to wait a whole hour???? thats ridiculous if your hotel and your policy says 4pm check in then that should be the check in time not wait a whole hour to get your room the lady at the front told us because they are understaffed that is not our problem it is not the customer problem or fault that was very irrelevant thats a company problem if understaffed if check in says 4pm then that is the time customers need to check in also I notice a lot of the customers that wanted to check in had a lot of trouble checking in even the police had to come to removed someone I was a witness to that for what??? is yalls fault yall overbooked when we payed for something it should be given too and honor this hotel was a bump for me I dont think I will be staying here never dont stay here you will have problems when checking in and also parking my husband had to change our rental car because the first one we got it had problems on one of the wheels so he went to return it so he came back with a second rental it was a new car rental and when trying to park in property with the new car rental front lady said idk how that works parking cant do nothing about it cant do it on my end basically cant help you…..
