Hilton is usually great, but this stay was a major letdown. It started with a broken TV in our room and felt like a series of disappointments from there. • Service & Billing: We dealt with a rude front desk agent who created an uncomfortable scene in the lobby regarding a service recovery offer for the TV issue. Following this negative interaction, we found erroneous charges added to our bill that we are now having to dispute. • Operations: The hotel seems to be struggling with basics. Breakfast ran out of bowls one day and milk the next, even with an hour left of service on both days. Housekeeping also failed to restock basic toiletries like conditioner after servicing the room. Management has been unresponsive to my emails regarding the staff conduct and billing errors. I cannot recommend staying here until they get their operations and service back up to standard.

We booked this hotel under the impression that they offered flexible shuttle service to and from the theme parks. Unfortunately, they only provide one shuttle time—7:00 AM for drop-off and 6:00 PM for pick-up—which is not very convenient for most visitors.
