Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We stayed January 02 to 04 2026 in room 302 and had a very bad night. The bathroom was not clean. The shower, in particular, clearly had not been properly cleaned, and there was almost no water coming out of the shower. The water pressure was extremely low, making it very difficult to shower. In addition, the pillowcase was dirty and stained, which was unacceptable. The mattress was also very uncomfortable, as it was sunken in the middle, making it hard to rest properly. Overall, cleanliness and comfort were far below expectations, and this significantly affected our stay.

This was our second stay here - check in is easy, parking good, love the included breakfast and it's super central to everywhere we wanted to go. Only downside both times was housekeeping literally does the least - never makes beds, rarely changes towels, def doesn't pick up in the kitchen area.

This hotel is excellent location for several venues within walking distance and transportation to several parks. Lots of restaurants and an Outlet mall. Staff was super helpful, specially Michael and Le'Mon at the front desk. Food was excellent with different varieties and yummy, specially to a family of 6. Room was roomy and spacious, super clean and beds super comfortable, even sofa bed. Definitely will stop there again. Thank you for everything!

Immaculate room/lobby/gym…exceptional staff. Stayed here for 4 nights with the family, and it was wonderful. If you are bringing the kiddos to Disney, don’t pay those insane resort prices. This is an easy 15min drive to any park, restaurants and shopping all around, at a FRACTION of the price.
