After checking in to our King suite, we discovered the shower stall was missing one of the sliding glass doors. Upon calling the front desk, was informed by a man who lacked customer service skills, that they didn’t know when this might be fixed and to just place extra towels by the shower for the water. Later, we heard a lot of noise from the room above us and as we were getting in bed discovered water dripping from the ceiling. My husband went to the desk and spoke to the same man, who was very rude, and demanded we be moved to another room, which we were. The next day we spoke to the manager, who was very nice and apologetic. He offered to move us back to a King suite later that day but we did not want to pack up again and stayed in a Queen suite. The bathroom mirror lights were out in this suite and never repaired after being reported. While our parking was refunded, the hotel could not comp a night since we booked through 3rd party. I appreciate the managers attempts to mitigate the issues but will not stay at this property again.
