I liked the room, real spacious and privacy in the bedroom and the indoor access to your room instead of outside the building. I didn’t like the set up of the entering and exiting the parking lot, too complicated. A pull up pole needing the key card from almost every exiting access from the parking lot.

The hotel was convenient to what we needed. Great location. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The pool water was somewhat cloudy and not very inviting but with regular maintenance it would be great to use. The breakfast variety was the best!

Most of the staff were friendly. But, unfortunately, two of my credit cards were hacked at the Embassy Suites in Orlando. I ended up with charges from a hotel in Miramar on my card right after using the card to buy 2 bottles of water and the other after the parking charges were processed. Charge for $58, and 2 charges for $29 each! I had to cancel both cards. Please conduct background checks on all your staff members! Don't think I will stay there again or recommend.

My recent experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive Convention Center was beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the lack of cleanliness was alarming—the room felt neglected, and basic hygiene standards were clearly overlooked. Additionally, service throughout the hotel was subpar, with staff seeming disinterested in addressing concerns or improving the stay. Given Hilton’s reputation, I expected far better. Unfortunately, this hotel fell severely short in every aspect. I strongly recommend exploring other accommodation options if you’re visiting the Orlando area.

Nice stay!!

Great stay for one night! Wonderful breakfast and enjoyed the nightly happy hour! We arrived at 11 am and they had a room ready for us which was so nice because we have a little one that needed a nap. The only downside was our room was in the front of the building and it was extremely loud with the bars and restaurants across the street. Music and noise went on until 2 am making it very difficult to sleep.

We like the hotel and the location, but the charge for parking is outrageous. The hotel cost is already high, and then you have to fork over $23 a day for parking! We are staying at the Embassy, so where else are we going to park? This policy needs to change.

Ms. Candace went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay! She was very helpful and attentive to the smallest details ensuring we had everything we needed and wanted for the ultimate guest experience! The hotel ambiance was very good and the breakfast was good quality! The lady at the omelette station was not only cooking omelette to perfection but they were served within minutes of ordering. Once I got there, the rooms I booked originally was not available and was forced to take a different room as the availability at this property was also very tight. Additionally, I was told since I had booked with Expedia (third party) they had the right to refuse the room if the hotel is overbooked. I will not stay at Hilton Hotels again after this experience.
