Veronica at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful with all of my questions & Mamo - breakfast staff was so wonderful to see when I went down for breakfast. He had a great spirit and seemed to love his job. My room was clean and tidy, it was a very nice stay with quick accessibility to the Disney parks.

We arrived before check in since we were going to the theme parks and wanted to let them know our car is parked on property. The receptionist was very welcoming and provided a parking pass to display. When we came to check in, the new receptionist was just as friendly and helpful. Got to our room and was very clean, updated and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower and bath products were above average, in fact we found them on Amazon and purchased some for our home. Definitely a recommended hotel for anyone staying in Orlando and wants to stay close to the theme parks, 10 minute drive.
