My daughter and I stayed there and enjoyed it only downsize was the parking. Being alone with a child the parking wasn’t very safe nor was there really much parking due to the businesses around it but other than that we enjoy everything else

Bed was too firm and pillows were too soft, for some this might be a dream but for us not so much. Close to a lot of restaurants some within walking distance which was nice. 15 mjnute drive from Disney's Magic Kingdom parking. We couldn't take the free park shuttle because they didn't go directly to MK and only had a few pick up and drop off times so we can't speak to that. Free breakfast is standard continental style with hot options like scrambled eggs and a form of breakfast meat. Eggs were powdered or liquid form, they did have mickey waffles which was cute. Otherwise it was a descent stay, staff were all very friendly and accommodating, hotel is on the older side, and rooms are standard size, we had a microwave and a mini fridge in room

The hotel staff was AMAZING everyone was so nice, the hotel was in good shape and clean, breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and it was very delicious, i only had 2 negative experiences. we were gone for the day to the parks when we came back to our hotel room the door was left open when doing house cleaning, Thank fully nothing was stolen but we did have over 5k in valuable items inside that hotel room. That same day when we went to shower the hot water was not working, we had to shower with extremely cold water and was a big inconvenience. Regardless of all that i would stay again in the hotel because the staff was so nice! and the hotel is near all Disney parks!

Séjour de 3 nuits pour visiter Walt Disney – très déçue. Les points positifs : Le personnel à l’accueil est extrêmement aimable et serviable. C’était agréable à l’arrivée et au check-in. Les points négatifs : • La navette censée nous amener au parc d’attraction n’est jamais venue à l’heure prévue pendant les 3 jours. Résultat : nous avons dû prendre un Uber chaque matin. • Dès le deuxième soir, plus d’eau chaude pendant 24h = impossible de se détendre ou simplement prendre une douche. • Présence de fourmis dans notre chambre. • Le petit déjeuner inclus est très basique et franchement pas bon. • Globalement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur d’un séjour agréable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n’y reviendrai pas.

The location was good. The place was nice. The staff were courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The water heater on the shower lasted only until our third day though, it stopped working on the fourth day. The free shuttle bus to and from the theme parks is not reliable.

We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Many restaurants within walking distance and the hotel provided breakfast, which was perfect before we headed to the Magic Kingdom. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Veronica at check-in was very helpful and kind. We would stay here again.

The staff was very professional. It was convenient to small stores and restaurants in walking distance. The shuttle for Disney Park didn't show up to take us. The door of the bedroom has hardware issues and was very hard to open and close. The hot water in the shower for a late night shower didn't work on one of the nights into to other morning. The body wash bottle was empty when we tried to take a shower. The toilet had delay flushing. Besides that, breakfast was good and staff was professional.

Next to a Wawa and other convenient stores. I’ve always chosen Marriott hotels because of their consistent quality, but this stay was a major letdown. The bathroom had several issues—water was leaking from the shower to both the ceiling and the floor, leaving the entire bathroom soaked and unsafe. One day, there was no hot water at all. The air conditioner was also leaking and left puddles all over the floor. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable—so old that it had a deep indentation in the middle, making it hard for two people to sleep on either side. While the staff was kind and tried to be helpful, the real problem is the condition of the hotel itself. It’s outdated and in serious need of renovation. For a Marriott brand , this location did not live up to expectations.
